Job summary

Leslie’s, Inc. in Midland, TX is seeking a Shift Lead 2 to deliver superior customer service and support the General Manager in daily retail operations.

You will greet customers, handle sales at the POS, keep the store clean and well merchandised, and assist with merchandising and inventory control. This role requires being 18+, a HS diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, or currently attending High School.
• A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Customer service experience or retail experience.
• Experience leading a team (preferred).
• Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Overview

Pay

$13.00 - $15.00 / Hourly
