Job summary

Terzo Enterprises in Albany, GA is seeking a Shift Lead to guide daily production on the 2nd shift (1 pm–9 pm). You will ensure safety, security, and productivity while meeting quality criteria and coordinating with shipping/receiving.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to meet physical demands.
• Basic tool knowledge is a plus.
• Frequent lifting of pallets (75–85 lb) and ability to work on 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
• Train and guide operators in pallet repair to meet standards.
• Inspect pallets and determine rework needed.
• Coordinate with Shipping/Receiving on needs and status.
• Communicate with Shift Supervisor for priorities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll do?

The Shift Lead is responsible for guiding the execution of the daily production plan and standards for safety, security, and productivity, in addition to adhering to the quality criteria.

Hours:

2nd Shift

Monday- Friday

1 pm-9 pm

*Overtime and Weekends subject to business needs

Duties Include:

• Always comply with all safety procedures while performing job duties using Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
• Train and guide operators on repairing pallets at a rate that meets company and safety standards.
• Visually inspects and audits pallets and determines rework needed.
• Communicate with Shipping/Receiving regularly on needs and status.
• Communicates with Shift Supervisor consistently for guidance and priorities.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills

• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets.
