Job summary

Terzo Enterprises is seeking a Shift Lead to guide daily production, ensure safety, and maintain quality in pallet refurbishment operations. You will lead operators, monitor progress, and promote efficiency on the floor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to lift and move heavy pallets (75–85 lb) regularly.
• Basic tool knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide the execution of the daily production plan and safety standards.
• Train and guide operators on pallet repair.
• Audit pallets and determine rework needed.
• Communicate with Shipping/Receiving on needs and status.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What will you do?

The Shift Lead is responsible for guiding the execution of the daily production plan and standards for safety, security, and productivity, in addition to adhering to the quality criteria.

Duties Include:

• Always comply with all safety procedures while performing job duties using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Train and guide operators on repairing pallets at a rate that meets company and safety standards.
• Visually inspects and audit pallets and determine rework needed.
• Communicate with Shipping/Receiving regularly on needs and status.
• Communicates with Shift Supervisor consistently for guidance and priorities.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills

• Must be 18+ years old
• Basic tool knowledge is a plus
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets.
