Five Guys Operations LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to hands-on lead each shift, guiding crew to deliver fast, friendly service in a busy restaurant. You will step in for management, cover every station, and ensure a great guest experience with teamwork and accountability.

Overview

The pay for this position starts at $16.00/hour plus tips and bonus. Shift Leaders are hands‑on leaders who set the tone for every shift, lead by example, and ensure every guest walks out impressed.
