Five Guys is seeking a Shift Leader in Cypress, TX to lead daily operations on busy shifts and coach team members. You will step in for management, handle cash and service tasks, and ensure a safe, clean, high‑quality guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of hospitality or retail leadership, strong communication, and comfort with POS systems. This role offers growth into higher leadership and a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• Basic math and comfort using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Jump into every position—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room—no task is too small.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time.
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best.
• Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards.
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.
