Job summary

Fuzzy's Taco Shop in Wichita, KS is seeking team members to join a great, fast-paced, casual environment. You’ll work closely with store leadership to keep standards high and guests satisfied.

This role supports front and back of house operations, assists with cash handling, inventory checks, and staff training, and requires availability for evenings and weekends. We offer an employee discount on food and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Work with the store General Manager to ensure the standards of the store are being met
• Help coach and train all employees both in the Front of House and Back of House
• Responsible for counting down cashier drawers and making appropriate deposits according to store standards
• Control food cost through our inventory process, recognize issues and traing staff to correct
• Streamline and make solid decisions for each shift.
• Attend managers meetings and help institute the game plan for success
• Availability to work evenings and weekends a must
