Nando's in Town of Lancaster, NY is seeking a Shift Lead to be at the heart of the action, supporting to run brilliant shifts and lead the team to deliver great PERi-PERi moments.

You will lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring superb guest experiences across channels. This role offers growth opportunities and a fun, family-style atmosphere.

Hourly Rate: £13.50
