What You'll Do as a Shift Lead:

As a Shift Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our customers leave with smiles on their faces. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting team members during your shift to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service are met.
• Assisting with daily operations, including opening and closing duties, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Problem-solving and addressing any challenges that arise during your shift.
