Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Lead in California to join our team. You will guide Crew Members, support the Assistant Manager and Manager, and assist customers with their orders during busy shifts.

The role offers flexible scheduling to accommodate school or other activities, and performance-based tips are included. We value energetic, personable team players who can help maintain a friendly atmosphere and a high standard of customer service.
