Job summary

Zantigo Franchising Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a Shift Leader to help run day-to-day restaurant operations and inspire the team to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will train staff, ensure superb service, and keep the dining area and food quality at the highest level.

You will lead by example, maintain knowledge of all menu items, and ensure every team member contributes to a clean, welcoming environment and outstanding customer service every shift.

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain product quality and availability at all times.
• Knowledge of all menu items and applications.
• Ensure all employees are in proper uniforms - neat and clean.
• Ensure all areas of restaurant are clean to guarantee a "perfect dining experience".
• Ensure all employees are knowledgeable of every product and menu make-up of each item.
• Ensure all employees are able to provide exceptional customer service.
