Pizza Hut in Arizona is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to help keep the store running smoothly during your shift. You will supervise team members, assign tasks, and ensure fast, friendly service to every guest.

You will open or close the restaurant based on the schedule, handle cash deposits, and maintain shift paperwork. Training new hires and coaching the team are key parts of the role, with opportunities for advancement into management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior leadership or QSR experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Open to evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
