Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise the team, ensure fast and friendly service, and maintain quality standards during each shift. Open or close the store as scheduled, handle cash deposits, and manage shift paperwork while supporting training and coaching of new hires.

The role emphasizes teamwork, a positive work environment, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior leadership or QSR experience preferred.
• Great communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable, proactive, and adaptable.
• Able to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Pass background check.
