Job summary

Convive Brands is seeking friendly, attentive teammates for Le Pain Quotidien in New Canaan, CT. You’ll deliver warm hospitality, take orders, and help guests have an enjoyable visit from start to finish.

You’ll work with a supportive team, learn Toast POS, handle opening/closing tasks, maintain clean spaces, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience while building skills and a career with our brand family.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 months of related restaurant experience or training.
• Experience with POS systems, Toast a plus.
• Flexibility in schedule; cross-training in dining room and retail space preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests throughout the visit.
• Receive food and beverage orders, enter into POS, and coordinate with kitchen.
• Prepare drinks and maintain knowledge of menu items.
• Complete opening, mid, and closing procedures and daily checklists.
• Keep areas clean, handle cash with policy adherence, and assist with patio setup if applicable.
