Convive Brands, operating Le Pain Quotidien in Washington, DC, seeks team members to deliver warm, attentive service and manage guest needs from greeting to checkout. You will handle drinks, pastries, and retail orders while maintaining a clean, welcoming space.

Role requires 1–3 months in hospitality, willingness to be cross-trained across dining and retail areas, and a flexible schedule. Competitive hourly pay with tips is offered.

Formación

• 1 to 3 months of related restaurant experience or training.
• Experience with POS systems, especially Toast, a plus.
• Flexibility in schedule preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests throughout the visit.
• Anticipate guest needs and note preferences.
• Prepare drinks for retail and dining room, including batches for the retail counter.
• Bag, box, and arrange to-go food and pastry.
• Process sales transactions per cash handling policy.
• Maintain pastry display and knowledge of pastry, bread, beverages, and retail items.
• Keep restaurant clean and organized per cleaning checklists.
• Open, mid, and closing procedures; daily checklist and side work.
