Job summary

Le Pain Quotidien in Philadelphia is seeking team members to provide friendly, attentive service from arrival to departure. You will take orders, enter them into the POS, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure a seamless guest experience.

We value hospitality, teamwork, and flexibility; prior restaurant experience (3–6 months) is preferred. Toast POS experience is a plus. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, 401k with match after 90 days, commuter benefits, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 months of related restaurant experience or training.
• Experience with POS systems, Toast preferred.
• Flexible schedule preferred but not required.
• Cross-training in dining room and retail space encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests throughout their visit.
• Receive orders, enter into POS, and coordinate with kitchen as needed.
• Anticipate guest needs and acknowledge preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of items and assist with beverage prep as needed.
• Complete opening, mid, and closing procedures and daily checklists.
• Keep restaurant areas clean and organized; assist with patio setup when applicable.
