The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior leadership in a high-volume restaurant is preferred, with certifications in food safety and alcohol

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to obtain state/local alcohol service certifications where required.
• Food safety and alcohol service certifications are required where applicable.
• Previous leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills are essential.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
