Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Shift Lead to support the Restaurant General Manager and Store Assistant General Manager in daily operations. You will help supervise team members, ensure standards for product quality and guest service, and assist with opening, closing, and scheduling tasks.

The role emphasizes leadership, integrity, and accountability, with development toward a Store Assistant General Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum six months of restaurant, hospitality, or retail experience, with team lead responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support GM and Store AGM in overseeing all shift operations.
• Ensure food, beverage, and service quality meets standards.
• Monitor service equipment and assist with opening/closing duties.

Summary: The Shift Lead supports the Restaurant General Manager and Store Assistant General Manager in their efforts to oversee all the restaurant operations. The Shift Lead assists in management activities including ensuring excellence in both product quality and customer service and overall supervision, during assigned shifts.Competencies:• Sound judgment and decision making• Ability to lead with respect and integrity• Detail-oriented and organized• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Maintaining a high performance and accountable culture• Ability to motivate and empower a team to deliver the best• Self-driven and flexible• Microsoft Office Suite proficiencyEssential Job Functions:• Support the Restaurant General Manager with the responsibility and management of all associates during assigned shifts• Ensures food, beverage and service quality meet or exceed standards• Monitoring all service equipment• Performing closing and/or opening duties• Train and motivate fellow associates• Anticipating customer needs and addressing customer concerns• Performing any or all of the following duties, as directed by the Restaurant General Manager: preparing/transporting deposits, assisting with labor scheduling and product projections and financials for the store with manager approval.• Ensures a safe working and customer experience environment• Ensuring compliance with all company policies.• Contributing to a positive team environment through attitude and example• Other duties, as needed.Succession Planning• This position is designed to be a developmental role for those associates desiring a position as Store Assistant General Manager in the future.
