Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Shift Lead to assist the Restaurant General Manager and Store Assistant General Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations. The role emphasizes delivering quality product and service, supervising teams, and maintaining a positive work environment.

The position requires at least 18 years old and six months of restaurant/hospitality/retail experience with leadership exposure. You will support openings, closings, and daily supervision during shifts.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a restaurant, hospitality or retail environment, preferably with team lead experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to supervise during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager with responsibility and management of all associates during assigned shifts.
• Ensure food, beverage and service quality meet or exceed standards.
• Monitor service equipment and conditions.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties as required.
• Train and motivate fellow associates.
• Assist with labor scheduling and product projections and financials for the store with manager approval.
• Maintain a safe working and customer experience environment.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies.

Summary: The Shift Lead supports the Restaurant General Manager and Store Assistant General Manager in their efforts to oversee all the restaurant operations.
