Job summary

Crumbl in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise a team of mixers and bakers on a fast-paced shift. No prior baker experience is required, but a positive attitude and team mindset are valued.

You will operate kitchen equipment, prepare dough, maintain food storage and cleanliness, ensure quality, and communicate with the General Manager and other shifts to create a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older for the Shift Lead position.
• No prior baker experience required but is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Making dough, balling dough, frosting and decorating cookies
• Maintaining proper storage of food products
• Maintaining cleanliness of the facility
