Job summary

Swig in Hutto, TX is seeking a Shift Lead to help run a fast-paced store with a focus on guest satisfaction. You’ll lead by example, train teammates, and ensure cleanliness while managing prep, stocking and orders.

We value reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Must be 16+ years old, have a food handler permit, and prior shift lead experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete store checklists, deposits, and ensure smooth operations.
• Train, mentor, and communicate with team members to achieve success.
• Stock, prep, and rotate food, supplies, and chemicals for service.
• Craft drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates for a seamless experience.
• Keep dining areas and workspaces clean and organized, with routine deep cleans.
• Assist with prep, stocking, and staging to stay organized.
• Support to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain food rotation and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and uphold standards.
• Offer add-ons and menu items to enhance guest experience.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Collaborate with your team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and special menu items, helping customers discover new favorites and enhancing their experience!
• Follow all company policies and procedures to uphold our standards and values.
• Perform other duties as needed.
