Job summary

Mo’ Bettahs is seeking a Shift Lead in the United States to perform all Team Member duties with added responsibility for keeping the shift running smoothly, especially when the GM or MIT is absent. You will help ensure compliance with standards in food prep, delivery, customer relations, and maintenance while guiding the team to deliver fast, accurate service.

The role emphasizes strong guest experience, teamwork, and leadership on the floor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties of a Team Member with leadership over the shift when required, including ensuring smooth operation in the absence of the GM or MIT.
• Assist with compliance to company standards in product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, and team management.
• Lead the team to provide customers with fast and accurate service and a great dining experience.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Shift Leads are trained to perform all the duties that Team Members do, with additional responsibility for ensuring a smooth-running shift. This is especially important in the absence of the General Manager or Manager in Training (MIT) - as they assume that leadership role. Assists with ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management and other duties as required or assigned. Helps lead the team in giving our customers the best experience with fast and accurate service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in US

WORKING CONDITIONS

Position requires qualified individuals to be able to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time, be able to lift to 30 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
