Job summary

Mo’ Bettahs in Farmington, UT is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise daily operations and support Team Members, especially in the absence of management. You will help maintain standards in food prep, service, and customer relations, while guiding a fast-paced team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities include ensuring smooth shift execution, coaching team members, and upholding company policies. The role offers full-time hours with benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license

WORKING CONDITIONS

Position requires qualified individuals to be able to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time, be able to lift to 30 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
