Responsibilities

• Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service

Qualifications

• Provide team training and communicate shift goals
• Efficiently conduct shifts while maintaining acceptable labor, speed of service times and low waste of product while continuously coaching
• Is a hands on, in-the‑trenches leader. Must master execution and training of all team member roles and tasks
• Food Service Skillset is not enough; must be a culture fit with personnel and Culver's values
• 1 - 2 years of restaurant experience is preferred
• ServSafe qualified
