Pour Decisions Craft is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily operations and provide on-floor leadership in our Bay Area cafe and bar concept. The role focuses on supervising staff, managing inventory, and upholding high service and product quality in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has café or fast casual experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of leading teams. Competitive hourly pay with a shift premium, plus growth opportunities in a collaborative culture.

Formación

• Proven experience in a café/fast casual environment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong inventory management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset for customer issues.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/evenings.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Food Handler Certificate required.
• Responsible Beverage Training Certificate required.

Responsabilidades

Position Summary:

The Shift Lead plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing leadership on the floor. This individual will supervise staff, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of service and product quality. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced café or fast casual environment and inspires others through their leadership.

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle customer issues diplomatically
• Flexible schedule availability including weekends and evenings

• Must have Food Handler Certificate
