Job summary

Flynn Fitness in Florida is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise teammates during shifts, ensuring safety and policy compliance while maintaining a high-energy, judgment-free gym environment as part of Flynn Group's premier brand.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will organize schedules, monitor attendance, train staff, and resolve member issues while driving service excellence and ensuring cleanliness and PCI standards are met.
