Job summary

House of Dank Holdings, LLC in Detroit’s Fort St. location is seeking Shift Leaders to guide daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will support the Walk-In team, oversee the sales floor, assist the Store Manager with staffing across departments, and mentor employees to uphold standards.

Open availability and cannabis industry experience are required, with travel to corporate or other locations for training as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous cannabis industry experience REQUIRED
• Previous managerial experience is greatly preferred
• Open availability REQUIRED
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a very fast-paced and ever-changing industry
• Must be able to travel to corporate office or current retail locations for training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Walk-In team with customer service issues; escalate exchanges, returns to management
• Help oversee daily tasks and organization of the sales floor
• Assist the Store Manager in monitoring all employees including Walk-In, Curbside, Delivery and Inventory teams
• Mentor, motivate, and coach employees to ensure exemplary customer service

• Help oversee daily tasks and organization of the sales floor
• Assist the Store Manager in monitoring all employees including Walk-In Team, Curbside Team, Delivery Team, and Inventory Team
• Mentor, motivate, and coach employees to ensure exemplary customer service
• Assist any department in the retail location as needed

What we're looking for...

• Previous cannabis industry experience REQUIRED

• Strong familiarity with Metrc and LeafLogix is greatly preferred
• Open availability REQUIRED
