Job summary

House of Dank Holdings, LLC in Michigan is seeking Shift Leaders for our Woodward Location. You will oversee daily store tasks, mentor staff, and collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure exceptional customer service.

Applicants must have cannabis industry experience and prior managerial experience is highly preferred. Open availability and strong communication skills are essential; familiarity with Metrc and Dutchie/LeafLogix is greatly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Walk-In team members with customer service issues such as product questions, pricing issues, etc. (escalate exchanges, returns, and extenuating issues to higher store management)

• Ability to work under pressure in a very fast-paced and ever-changing industry
