The Roosevelt Market in Boise, ID seeks a Shift Lead to support the GM in front-of-house operations, uphold high standards, and lead with heart and humor.

You will coach team members, manage guest service quality, oversee food and beverage standards, and help control labor costs while maintaining a fun, professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Constantly moves within the restaurant sales floor and kitchen.
• Frequently operates computers, phones, tablets and POS system.
• Occasionally positions self to clean under counters and inside equipment.
• Constantly communicates with staff and guests.
• Constantly monitors food and beverage quality for taste and visual presentation.
• Frequently moves products weighing up to 50lbs.
