Canadian Solar Inc. in Mesquite, TX, is seeking an Equipment Shift Engineer to oversee operation, maintenance, and optimization of manufacturing equipment. You will support installations, troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and downtime reduction.
The role requires a bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, strong maintenance knowledge, and the ability to work 12-hour continental shifts on day or night schedules. Interviews will be onsite in Mesquite.

Description:
An Equipment Shift Engineer specializes in the operation, maintenance, and optimization of manufacturing equipment, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous operation of production systems. This role is responsible for supporting equipment installations, troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and minimizing production downtime.
Work Schedule:
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Central Time)
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Central Time)
Qualified candidates will be invited to interview onsite August 13 or August 14.
During your interview, please indicate your preferred shift (Day Shift or Night Shift). While we will take your preference into consideration, final shift assignment will be determined based on business needs and operational requirements.
