Job summary

Salt & Straw in Tempe, AZ is hiring Shift Coordinators to help manage daily shop operations, coach team members, and ensure excellent guest experiences during busy shifts.

You will coordinate opening/closing, guide Scoopers, handle tasks from serving to cash handling, and uphold food safety and quality standards while fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
