Icicle Brewing Company in Leavenworth, WA is an independent craft brewery committed to brewing connections and joy. As a Shift Brewer you’ll work in our 20 bbl production brewery and 5 bbl pub brewery, turning raw materials into finished beer and helping shape quality from mash to can.

We value safety, cleanliness, and teamwork. You will handle milling, wort production, fermentation, cellar work, transfers, and packaging, with daily yeast tracking, dry hopping, and basic lab measures.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional brewing or cellar experience preferred

Responsibilities

• The complete brewing process from milling to wort production, to fermentation and filtration.
• Cleaning and sanitizing tanks, vessels, and floors; maintaining clean brewhouse and cellar.
• Cellar management including yeast pitching, daily fermentation tracking, and dry-hopping.
• Adherence to safety policies and quality standards.
• Assist with packaging, including kegging and canning.
• Basic laboratory tasks: cell counts, pH, ABV, and extract measurements.
