The Davis Companies Inc. in Andover, MA is seeking an Assembler to perform electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly in a cleanroom environment. The role offers 2nd shift ($19.80/hr) or 3rd shift ($21.60/hr) with a $600 retention bonus after 1040 hours and overtime opportunities.

Candidate must read, write and speak English, have 0–1 years of related experience, and be able to pass a background check. Windows-based computer experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly operations.
• Follow methods and sequences for wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
• Make set-ups and adjustments while holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
• Test equipment and products as required.
• Work in a cleanroom environment to maintain quality standards.
