This role requires standing for long periods and performing physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with exposure to hot and cold working conditions. You will assist with sanitation, recycling, and production support, while adhering to GMP and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and work 12-hour shifts.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures (hot and cold).
• Able to walk, climb stairs, and perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Frequent use of hands and arms for handling, reaching, and lifting.
• Able to routinely lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform recycling duties and remove trash throughout the facility.
• Support sanitation and changeover processes.
• Clean and sanitize bottling coolers and assist with master sanitation.
• Provide break relief for team members as needed.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisors.
• Follow all safety procedures and operate safely at all times.
• Maintain quality standards and support production goals.
• Assist the team in meeting or exceeding productivity targets.
• Follow GMP and wear proper PPE.
• Work closely with team members in a fast-paced environment.

We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Provide break relief for team members as needed
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisors
• Follow all safety procedures and operate safely at all times

• Assist the team in meeting or exceeding productivity targets
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and wear proper PPE
• Work closely with team members in a fast-paced environment
