Qualifications

• Must perform essential ground maintenance duties as described.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds intermittently.
• Must be able to operate and drive district vehicles as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds including lawns, landscaping, shrubs, trees, and gardens.
• Sprays fertilizers and/or insecticides as necessary or directed.
• Maintains drainage culverts and ponds as necessary or directed.
• Installs or repairs fences, gates, and road barriers, signs.
• Maintain bleachers and other athletic equipment as assigned.
• Drives and operates vans, trucks, dump trucks, tractors with attachments and heavy equipment.
• Paint fences, outbuildings, booths, parking lines, traffic lines, and curbing as assigned.
• Installs athletic playground equipment.
