This overtime-eligible manager role offers a compensation of $62,500.00 per year, with a benefits package after an initial waiting period. A 2-year or 4-year degree with relevant experience is required, along with supervisory hospitality background.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree with 3+ years related experience, or 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience.
• 5+ years of progressive hotel experience with supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing.
• Ability to handle stressful, high-pressure situations with composure.

This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 2 year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience, or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field with supervisory experience
• Proficient in Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing.
• Effective in handling stressful, high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity.
• Valid driver's license from the applicable state.
