We’re hiring an SHEQ Manager to lead our Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality initiatives. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and managing SHEQ systems that align with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and company objectives.

You’ll be a key driver of continuous improvement, helping us elevate product quality, enhance workplace safety, and embed a culture of operational excellence across the organization.

Some of the duties of this position

• Develop and maintain SHEQ systems aligned with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Lead safety and sustainability initiatives
• Oversee quality assurance and control to maintain product and service standards
• Provide training on SHEQ practices and quality procedures
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, environmental performance, and quality
• Manage color matching processes, specifications, and support related to color masterbatches

We are looking for someone with:

• At least 10 years of experience in quality control and quality assurance
• Hands-on experience with plastics testing and related instrumentation
• Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage priorities effectively
• A customer-focused mindset and experience with auditing quality systems and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present technical information to diverse audiences
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities
