Montgomery County, PA seeks a supervisory professional to oversee Youth & Family Advocates in a non-secure residential setting. You will train and supervise YFAs, maintain the program, and promote good child-care practices.
Familiarity with relevant laws and Department of Human Services regulations is required. Responsibilities include ensuring quality care, enforcing policies, reviewing incidents, planning daily activities, and supervising staff and youth in all programs.
