Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling, staffing, attendance management, and performance evaluations.
• Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and support to team members.
• Address escalated patient concerns and work toward timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and healthcare industry regulations.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, providers, and leadership to support operational goals.
• Conduct quality audits and provide feedback to improve accuracy and service standards.
• Assist with onboarding new employees and facilitating departmental training programs.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to team performance and operations.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Resident Supervisor to lead and support a team responsible for delivering exceptional patient and healthcare support services. This role combines leadership, operational oversight, staff development, and quality assurance to ensure efficient workflows, outstanding service, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a healthcare setting, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating a positive experience for both patients and staff.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of New York, NY.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.47/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
