Goddard Riverside is seeking an Assistant Program Director, Operations for The Monument site in New York, NY. The role focuses on supervising the Residential Aide team, ensuring safety, and coordinating daily operations with the Program Director. Schedule runs Tuesday through Saturday with on-call duties.

The position requires trauma-informed service delivery, leadership, and strong coordination across shifts, with a salary range of $63,500 to $76,500 per year. Equal opportunity employer.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of trauma and trauma-informed, culturally sensitive services.
• F-80 Certification and Food handlers required within 90 days of hire.
• Experience working on-site in a congregate housing setting preferred.

Mansioni

• Directly supervise the Residential Aide Supervisor.
• Provide operational guidance to RA Supervisor to ensure consistent supervision and accountability.
• Monitor daily bed utilization and occupancy to ensure accurate reporting.
• Oversee bed reconciliation and resolve discrepancies between CARES and bed roster.
• Ensure timely completion of shift reports, incident reports, logs, and other documentation.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.
• Serve as Program Director in the Director’s absence and participate in on-call rotation.
• Support adherence to contract requirements and participate in audits and improvement plans.
