Goddard Riverside is seeking a Program Director to provide oversight of the Residential Aide team at The Monument stabilization site in New York. You will supervise daily operations, manage bed utilization, documentation, and on-call coverage while upholding trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care and agency standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules for Residential Aide staff, ensuring compliance with CARES and DHS guidelines, and supporting program development and quality

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of trauma and trauma-informed care.
• F-80 Certification and Food Handler Certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise the Residential Aide Supervisor.
• Provide operational guidance to ensure supervision and program adherence.
• Monitor bed occupancy, intake, and documentation across shifts.
• Maintain incident reports, shift reports, and daily logs with accuracy and timeliness.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in supervision and on-call rotations.
