• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas; cleans equipment and sanitizes surfaces.
• Stores, refrigerates, and defrosts foods; monitors expiration dates and disposal.
• Maintains inventory levels, prepares PO requests, and supports monthly menu planning.
