Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• ServSafe certification preferred or obtainable within 30 days of employment.
• Prior commercial kitchen experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare nutritious meals according to the posted menu.
• Maintain sanitary kitchen and dining areas and dispose of waste properly.
• Operate kitchen equipment and report malfunctions.
• Maintain inventory and assist with stocking, donations, and deliveries.
• Store and label foods to ensure safety and freshness.
• Complete required documentation and follow NWACS procedures.
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings.
