Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One year of direct/customer service experience.
• Experience working with disenfranchised or medically fragile populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with information about IHS services, access resources, and how to access housing options.
• Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct calls with professionalism and confidentiality.
