Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; minimum two years’ direct experience with vulnerable populations.
• Experience with HMIS or equivalent data systems preferred.
• Ability to engage guests with compassionate service while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage shelter routines and documentation; ensure census and sign-in sheets match each shift.
• Supervise guest chores and supervise use of shelter resources to ensure safety and order.
• Enter and audit guest information in HMIS; maintain data confidentiality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with shelter staff to ensure safety, cleanliness, and responsive guest support.
• Assist with reports from HMIS and related databases; monitor data quality and compliance.
