This is a physically demanding, hands-on role requiring reliability and a positive, can-do attitude. You will clean dorms, bathrooms, and communal areas, handle biohazard cleanup with PPE, and support daily operations with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in shelter, healthcare, nursing home, or skilled nursing preferred.
• Ability to work 6:00 AM–10:00 PM with varied days.
• Must lift up to 80 pounds and handle biohazard cleanup with PPE.
• Reliable, punctual, with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dorms, bathrooms, showers, and communal areas.
• Perform biohazard cleanup with PPE.
• Sweep, mop, dust, polish, and maintain offices.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies.
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Adapt to daily operational needs.
• Follow safety and infection control protocols.
