SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a dependable Custodian in Chandler, AZ to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas, including hazardous waste handling per site procedures.

The role focuses on performing janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, reporting incidents, and supporting safety and customer service standards. Schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for this position based on business needs.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform Hazardous Waste responsibilities including collecting, classifying, sorting, storing, shipping and receiving, labeling, cleaning, recycling, packaging of special and hazardous waste.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
