Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years experience in shellfish processing and packaging.
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License.
• VIBRIO and HACCP training within the first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant activities for shellfish production and freight consolidation.
• Set work schedules to meet orders and delivery timelines.
• Ensure proper product rotation from harvest to packaging.
• Enforce HACCP and VIBRIO requirements and record data.
• Coordinate with sales on inventory and tagging data.
• Maintain sanitation of all production areas and equipment.
• Assist with inspection processes and supplier stocking.
