Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Wichita Falls, TX is seeking Shell Removal Operators to join a 12-hour rotating night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). Pay starts at $22.00/hr, up to $27.32/hr at 9 months, plus a comprehensive benefits package including vacation, holidays, 401(k) with company match, and health insurance.

Responsibilities include operating knockout, shot blast, and low-temperature KOH equipment to remove shells and maintain quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States required.
• Experience with shell removal or similar processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate knockout machine to remove shells from castings.
• Operate shot blast, low temp KOH, and water blast equipment.
• Follow PMS/AI/PC instructions and maintain product quality.
