Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a Shell Removal Operator to remove shells from castings using knockout, shot blast, and low-temperature processes. You will work a 12-hour rotating night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) on a 2-on/2-off, 3-on/2-off, 2-on/3-off cycle.

The role starts at $22.00 per hour and can reach $27.32 per hour at 9 months, with a comprehensive benefits package including vacation, holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and medical/dental/vision coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Access to export-controlled items; ability to lawfully obtain access as required.

Responsibilities

• Operates knockout machine to remove shell from castings.
• Operates shot blast and low temp KOH to remove shell.
• Operates heat stamp to support cell workflow.
• Verifies routings with castings to ensure prior steps are complete.
• Maintains clean, safe work area and adheres to 5S standards.
