Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is recruiting a Sheet Metal General Foreman to lead field crews on commercial projects in the Phoenix area. You will oversee day-to-day activities, coordinate with project teams, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of commercial or industrial sheet metal experience.
• At least 3 years in a foreman or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal systems and installation methods.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Sheet Metal crews across multiple commercial job sites.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure quality installations and compliance with project requirements.
• Schedule manpower, materials, equipment, and resources to maintain productivity and meet project deadlines.
• Partner with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and resolve field issues.
• Enforce OSHA standards, safety policies, and quality control measures during site inspections.

Our client, a leading commercial mechanical and construction services contractor, is seeking a Sheet Metal General Foreman to join their team. As a Sheet Metal General Foreman, you will be part of the Field Operations team supporting Project Management, Superintendents, and Sheet Metal field crews. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and exceptional organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Sheet Metal General Foreman Location: Phoenix, AZ Pay Range: $45-$50/hr.
